AMC warns some Space-A signup emails may not reach the selected terminal

AMC's legacy Space-A email signup page says technical problems can prevent confirmation emails and may keep the selected passenger terminal from receiving a signup submission.

What changed

AMC's official signup page currently carries an explicit technical warning about confirmation and terminal delivery failures.

Why it matters

A traveler can believe they signed up correctly while the departure terminal has no record of the submission, potentially affecting the signup date and time used for Space-A selection.

What to do

Save or print proof showing the signup date and time, and contact the departure terminal if confirmation does not arrive.

Air Mobility Command's official Space-Available email signup page currently warns travelers that its automated confirmation process is experiencing technical difficulties. More importantly, AMC says the passenger terminal selected on the form may not receive the signup email.

AMC tells travelers to retain the completed form or confirmation as proof of the original date and time. That proof matters because Space-A signup seniority can depend on the recorded signup date within a travel category.

The warning is especially important for travelers still using the legacy email form even as AMC expands newer self-signup tooling. A successful form submission should not be treated as proof that the terminal has the record unless the traveler receives confirmation or verifies receipt with the terminal.

MilVoyage will treat signup delivery as an operational reliability issue rather than a generic travel tip. The planner should remind travelers to preserve proof and verify receipt when confirmation is missing, without implying that a signup guarantees a mission or a seat.

Controlling sources

MilVoyage preserves the distinction between an official observation and a guarantee. Recheck controlling sources close to travel because terminal procedures and operational conditions can change.
