Trust & transparency
Affiliate, referral and advertising disclosure
MilVoyage is designed to remain free for core military/veteran benefit information and basic trip-planning access. To support that mission, we may receive revenue, referral credit, account benefits or other consideration from advertising, affiliate links, referral links, booking referrals, destination partnerships, and sponsored placements.
MilVoyage currently provides some convenience links to Amazon, but no Amazon Associate tag is configured on the site at this time. Those links are therefore not currently presented as commission-bearing Amazon affiliate links. If the program is activated later, the required Amazon Associate disclosure will appear with the eligible links.
If a traveler clicks another eligible affiliate or referral link, joins a service, books a tour or excursion, reserves lodging or transportation, or completes another qualifying transaction, MilVoyage or its owner may receive a commission, referral credit, reward, discount or another benefit. The traveler should not be charged more merely because one of these links was used.
Destination guides may include clearly labeled sponsored tours, excursions, local attractions, advertisers and booking partners. Sponsored placement can influence where an advertisement appears, but it may not buy a factual conclusion, safety judgment, source-verification result, Space-A prediction, eligibility interpretation, or objective route/risk ranking.
Commercial and referral relationships do not buy editorial confidence or operational data status. Where MilVoyage displays a commercial option inside a trip plan, the commercial relationship must be visible to the traveler and remain separate from the evidence used to rank operational travel choices.
